Fruit Fruit is a great source for teeth whitening, but most specifically, strawberries. The thought behind this is the fact that most fruit contains such a high concentration of acid that it will oxidize the stains away from your teeth to give them the whiter appearance. It does not matter how you eat the fruit, just the fact that you are eating it will help continue to give you a white smile.

Orange peel is another fruit element you could experiment with. Be careful not to overdo the fruit as a teeth whitening agent because acid can also wear away the enamel on your teeth, so everything in moderation.

Baking Soda Baking soda is what was previously used before commercial toothpaste was introduced. It is a natural scouring agent, so be careful not to scrub too hard, use light brush strokes for several minutes.
