The other teeth whitening procedure would be veneer bonding. In this procedure, thin sheets of white porcelain will be implanted on top of the tooth to give it a whitened appearance. Though this procedure is considered most expensive, it can last up to five years, giving you enough time to charm everyone with your bright and celebrity-like smile.

Either you choose the natural way or your dentist's way, what's important in picking up which teeth whitening solution to follow is your commitment to your health. While the solutions are usually expensive, you can do some things while you are saving up. You can try incorporating lots of helpful fruits and vegetables such as apples, celery, broccoli, spinach and carrots into your diet to build the foundation of healthier and teeth. Make do with your lip color, accessories, skin tone and clothes to make your teeth look all better.
